  I have NEVER SEEN THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE at any store like the total disregard for me as a customer. The pharmacy department had the medication I needed but let me know that because I wasn't a loyal customer to the Berea Location they told me to find another pharmacy. I have used Rite Aide for 16 years. They said they reserved the medicine I needed for customers who were loyal to that location. Even tho they had filled my last prescription on August 25!!! I will never be back in ANY LOCATION!! The medication I needed was for a disease that if I don't take daily I can suffer severe and could result in death. Very unprofessional and no regard to my health what so ever.

  We were traveling on a Sunday and needing an emergency prescription. We looked for a pharmacy far enough ahead to get it filled without waiting. The web site said the pharmacy was open at 8 am so we had it called there by the doctor. When we got there, the pharmacy was not open until 12 pm. We went to Walgreens across the street and got it in 10 minutes.
